Important Information:

Depositing Funds

You can deposit funds into your GO Markets Account quickly and easily by accessing your Client Portal, clicking “Bank Details”, and adding a new bank account. Deposited funds are held in a separate client trust account which is segregated from business operating funds, providing you with security and protection for your money*.

Fees and Charges for Deposits

GO Markets recommends that you read and understand all fees and charges for your preferred transfer method prior to depositing funds into your account.

GO Markets does not charge any internal fees for deposits. International clients should contact their bank regarding any fees they may be charged for transferring funds. Credit card transactions will incur fees charged by the processing institution – please see transaction costs below for more information.

We will always try to credit your deposited funds** as soon as possible. However, please be aware that at certain times payment volumes may be at an unexpectedly high level and along with reliance on third-party payment providers, this may lead to depositing times varying from those stated.

*GO Markets is an Appointed Representative of Price Markets UK Limited. All client funds are held by the Principal, Price Markets UK Limited.

**We are unable to accept third-party payments. All funds must originate from a bank account in the same name as your GO Markets account. If you are a joint account holder, any individual named on your joint GO Markets trading account can fund the account. This also applies to credit card transfers.

Withdrawing Funds

Withdrawals from your GO Markets live trading account can be made to a bank account.

Withdraw to a Bank Account

The first method is the easiest way to withdraw funds from your GO Markets account. Simply navigate to “Bank Details” in the Client Portal and add a new account. Alternatively, you may contact funding@gomarkets.co.uk to nominate a bank account. You will then be free to withdraw funds at any time using the Client Portal’s Withdraw Funds mechanism.

Please note:

  • Cut-off times are as follows: 17:30 Hong Kong time, or 10:30 London time.
  • Funds can only be returned to a bank account in the same name (or joint) as your GO Markets account, due to third party restrictions.
  • GO Markets does not charge any internal fees for withdrawals, however, fund withdrawals may be subject to bank fees from any intermediary bank involved in the transaction, and may also attract a receiving fee from your bank/institution. Please account for these fees when making withdrawals of a small amount.

About Internal Transfers

If you have a GO Markets account and you have multiple logins, you can request to transfer funds between the logins (an Internal Transfer). To make a request, simply login to the Client Portal and our funding team will process the transfer.

Please note that internal transfers made electronically through the Client Portal should be instant.

Please also note that Internal Transfers can only be processed if both accounts are in the same name.
